Embellish

I have always been fascinated by the things kids in the old days as my children would say created things to play with out of paper. I especially have been fascinated with paper boats so that is the route I went in creating this card for the Embellish Color Trends Challenge with Text, I was not sure how I was going to bring in the rest of the colors in the challenge but I think that what I came up with works. I was going for classy and nostalgic. I truly hope that comes across. Thanks for stopping by.

Update: I was so honor to get this card featured here and here.

  5. LOVE this - what a great design and unusual colours for a watery card - but it works!

  6. A paper boat? I LOVE that! There's something so nostalgic about seeing it made out of newsprint like that. Thanks for joining us again at Embellish!
