Happy Birthday

Here goes my take on the Color Block challenge currently going on over at CAS-ual Fridays Challenge # 7. It was just recently that Kim over at Moxi Fab World shared a bit on the on-going trend of color blocking. What I understood by it, was that you should not be afraid of putting together strong colors that are great all by themselves as in the company of other equally strong colors. Seems color blocking has nothing to do with matching. I took the idea of top color, middle colors, and bottom color and turned it on it's side. I really like how this card turned out.

In another note I woke up to a nice surprise this morning. One of my cards got picked to be feature and cased by the amazing Dawn over at Wplus9 and the very talented Savitri Wilder. Not only is each of them featuring it but cased it as well. I feel so honored and I love each of their takes on it. My little heart is fluttering with happiness.

Hope that you enjoyed your visit here today. Thank you for stopping by.
