When I saw The Champion Awards Medallion Challenge pop up over at Moxi Fab World. I started trying to make some medallions, tiny ones. It was a lot of fun to make them and so easy that I might have to give this challenge another go. I wanted to use the color combination from Play Date Cafe Challenge # 106 because it just completed the vision in my head for a happy and fun birthday card.
Yesterday, my Sister reminded me that I have not shown what the kids looked like for Halloween.
This year i had to destroy in stead of make to create a costume for Ethan, we ripped up old jeans and shirts, stained then with acrylic paint and added some make up to his face and black nail polish that Evie wanted to complete her look, but at the last minute I thought it would work great for his zombie look too. He enjoyed walking just like a zombie as he approached houses. He was awesome.
Evie wanted to be ghost bride. She already had the wedding dress that Daddy was not very thrilled for her to have when Nana came bearing gifts some time ago. To create her look we just needed some make up and black paper flowers what we had fun making some weeks back when we tried the ghost look and she decided that is what she wanted to be for Halloween. She was not only a lovely ghost bride but also a sweet little mommy. We went Trick or Treating with relatives and Evie was so cute always guiding and holding her cousin Bella by the hand.
