Am I Crazy?

One day as I was scrapbooking and I realized that the color on the other side of the page work perfectly for another layout/photos but didn't have another sheet of that same color of cardstock. So I decided to just go for it and use the back side of the sheet that I had already used. Obviously I can't do that all the time but when it seems like it will work to have two layouts in one sheet using the front and back that is, I go for it. This is a good example of that. I just came up with this layouts this morning with the help of Pinterest and sketches there that inspired me. I am working on putting more effort and have fun doing more of layout/sketch and less of just slapping some photos on a piece of cardstock. Don't get me wrong. I still love what I have come up with before.
The funny thing is that  the tags on this page above were part of a Studio Calico  pack that came in the World Card Making Day winning prize. There are more goodies in the little Studio Calico package but this two farm oriented tags. I was not sure if i would ever use and what do you know they are the first tags from the package that I am using. I didn't have the H to complete RANCH at the top so I just used the negative space from the H I had already used to create the age you see above. I am happy with how this two pages came out. No card today sorry! I will share one tomorrow. Oops! i almost forgot to ask. Do any of you that scrapbook ever do what I just did here? use both the back and front of your page or is it just crazy of me to do this?  Forgive how awful I look...I think I scare the camera too Hehehee! Do you see how that photo is  kind of not my doing.
Thanks for stopping by today.

  1. Hi - love The Ranch heading, with the made up H, and different colour A. Also, great effect how the photos are matted just with the drawn on stitches as a border. Lovely work :-) I've come to your page via your balloon card.

Thank you for taking the time to leave me a comment, I appriciate your feed back.
