Simply Inspired

when I saw the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge # 89 I knew participating was a must and these to cards are my take on their inspiration.

First, I started by creating this colorful yet soft background by simply rubbing a cotton ball over color chalk and then rubbing the cotton ball right on the cardstock. I love this effect.

There was an idea of mine that I had to try. I tried using a tiny clear heart stamp to create a little white seal heart. I just dripped a few drops of white sealing wax on parchment paper and then stamped right over the warm wax with a moist clear heart stamp, waited a second, lifted it up and tada!. Love at first sigh.
The wax easily come off the parchment paper, the wax didn't stick to my clear stamp or leave any residue behind.  I also made my little enamel looking dots for this card below from sealing wax...just drops of sealing wax.

Thanks CAS(E) this Sketch for the inspiration.

Tip: Clean your cardstock surface with an embossing buddy just as you would before heat embossing or you will see finger prints after you apply the color.
